Ordering
Order before midday for next day delivery.
Minimum order online £100.
Maximum order online £500.
Payment
When you place your first order you will be asked to pre-authorise a credit or debit card for Quick Checkout payments with Paypertray Catering only.
You will always be able to control payments being authorised using any of these cards via a unique One Time Passcode (OTP) which will be sent to you whenever we try to authorise a payment.
Paypertray Catering does not store your card details.
Payment is not taken until midday the day before delivery.
Delivery
Choose a date and a time slot for delivery.
Time slots are 1 hour long.
Our aim is to deliver within this time slot but Paypertray Catering cannot be held responsible for any traffic delays.
Changes to the Contents of Your Order
You can change the contents of your order any time before midday the day before delivery at no additional cost.
But you do need to check out again and authorise the new payment. Failure to do this will result in your delivery being cancelled.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your delivery any time before midday the day before delivery at no additional cost.
You can reschedule your delivery any time between midday the day before delivery and the start of your delivery slot, but you will be charged again for the whole order.
Cancellation
You can cancel your delivery any time before midday the day before delivery and you will not be charged.
You can cancel your delivery any time between midday the day before delivery and the start of your delivery slot, but you will not receive a refund.
Your Data
Paypertray Catering does not store your card details.
Food Safety
All food should be consumed on the day of delivery.
We cannot guarantee that our food has been prepared in an allergen free kitchen.
Customer Responsibilities
Suggestions for orders are for guidance only. The suggestions are based on our experience as chefs and caterers, but responsibility for quantities ordered remains with the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to protect their account details including their password. Paypertray Catering accepts no liability for any losses incurred if account details are not protected.
If a customer is aware their email or cards have been compromised, they should inform Paypertray immediately. Pre-authorised cards will be removed from their account, any upcoming deliveries, which have not been paid for will be cancelled and their account will be deleted. The customer can rebook their delivery using a new email, account and pre-authorised card.
